Injury Illness & Prevention Plans

Did you know that Cal-OSHA requires all employers in California to have a written Injury & Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP)? This is a requirement regardless of what type of work environment you have, the industry you are in, or the size of your business.

It is not enough to just have a written IIPP. As an employer, if you do not take any action or steps to ensure workplace safety, you put your business at risk. To minimize your risk, you must be actively monitoring the workplace for hazards, investigating accidents to correct issues, talking to employees about the importance of safety, etc.

Fines for failing to have an IIPP or not fixing serious hazards are significant and begin at $7,000 and can be as high as $124,000 per violation for repeated violations or failing to fix known hazards..

360HRPros will make sure you have the right IIPP plan in place.
